Product Return Policy
As a general policy, Write More does not offer refunds or exchanges of any product, program or curriculum. Write More will provide a merchandise credit - excluding shipping and handling charges - on all products returned unopened and in their original condition. To return products, please contact Write More Account Services at (888) 974-8311 x112 to explain the reason for return and to be issued a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write More will not accept any product returns without a valid RMA number.

All product returns are shipped at the customer's expense. Merchandise credits are valid for one (1) year from issue. In the event that the product(s) returned for credit have been opened or are not in their original condition, Write More will not issue credit and will not return the merchandise to the customer without additional shipping charges.
